The Marine Energy Accelerator Conference will take place on June 2, 2022. You will get insights into the recent advances of marine energy solutions and policy strategies, aiming to get more projects in the water. The event will also mark the official opening of our Marine Energy Hub in The Hague!

Programme
The Accelerator Conference will consist of three main sessions:
Accelerating Marine Energy Solutions
09.30 - 13.00 (in person / online)
Follow the development story and achievements of four technology developers in the fields of wave energy and floating wind. In an interactive session partners of the Ocean Energy Scale-Up Alliance (OESA) will share their newly developed service offer to help marine energy technologies realise large scale deployments. All of this will be supported by the presentation of the most crucial lessons learned on demonstration and technology acceleration.
Policies for more Marine Energy Deployments
14.00 - 15.00 (in person / online)
Together with the Community of Practice North Sea, the European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC) and Renewable Risk Advisers, we invite all participants to discuss a range of different policies that can increase the uptake of marine energy in Europe.
Official Opening Marine Energy Hub
15.00 - 20.00 (in person)
Join us for the official opening of the Marine Energy Hub. As a base for the marine energy ecosystem, the hub brings together all of its stakeholders to accelerate and experience marine energy. At the hub and the special marine energy exhibition you can learn all about marine energy innovations and experience marine energy via interactive demonstrations.
